When ever you have a free moment, and you can actually manage to prize your head out your own ass( alledegdly)
long enough to look around at the trouble your causing over this following matter. I would like to remind Deviant Art, That...
ive have requested politly, that DeviantArt remove my Identity from your schoolyard website.
I would be greatfull, if you " THE BIG MAN OF DA " Would kindly make it your "personal" goal to please me in this
issue,, so this matter can be cleared up, inorder that i may move on and put this site full
of administitive ego trippers behind me. I have have been advised that under califorian laws i could have a case against
this company for slander if the site does not make reasonable efforts to protect my reputaiton. Under these circumstances,
~Where the site owners know that Slanderous comments are known to exsist, and action is not imedialy taken to rectify. ~
Then it is the website and not the member who originally posted the slanderous comment, and or statement who become liable.
I was also informed, Under california state law, If one can prove, that more tha one member of staff knew also, then there
is also a strong chance to bring criminal conspiricy charges aswell. Bearing my Advice in mind, I was encoraged, to inform
as many of the staff as possible, personally and through the correct channels the helpdesk etc. and to keep all corespondence
regaurding this Matter including screen shots, of each admins home page once i had posted my request for the porpose of
evidence, needless to say i have taken the advice, that being the soul reason the request is posted on each admin home page,
complete with date and time. And two days further on absolutley nothing has been done to protect my profesional reputaion.
There will be no more requests...I do not wish to comucate any further with the website. Any notes from staff will be ignored
The clock is ticking. so to speak Mr Lolly. You have been informed. Due to the fact this website acted within a few short minuets
to ban and lock us Both my wife and i out from our accounts. There can be no case of ingnorance on behalf of the website
owners (deviantart) It would be wise to considder also , I have got nothing to loose over this except my reputation, which this
website is currently as we speak acting as an acomlice to the fact , I am penniless, as such i have nothing left to loose.
you have everything to loose. This five million dollar ( approx )webite being the first thing to go. should i decide to look
further into the possibility of legal action. didnt you realize there are laweys, who also like to pass there free time here
posting there own art, inbetween suing major companys. There is at least one here, who knows im not a theif. Unfortunalty
or fotunatly depending which legal side of the fence your standing/sitting on.

Oh, lets pause the serious stuff here for a moment, i want to share something quite humorus, with you mr Lolly.
When i posted my public and offical request on one of your Admins homepage, after i had posted the request I reafreshed
the page, prior to the oblig screenshot. i was told off by a member of your sharp staff, that is was a bannable offence
to spam. Then he/she kept posting a message multiple times with " sweepy the spam away " " sweepy the spam away. untill
he had mamaged to push my request down and out of his home page, then he/she posted a message " sweepy done, time
for an ice drink. " can you imagine how i chuckled, i thought to my self, holy shit he/she didnt even bother to read it. they
think is spam. lol.. hum it dosnt sound quite so funny any more. It sounds like ignorance combined perhaps with a little
incompetance. Who knows huh. but that seems to be how the admin work here. looks like the new managment here
should try to pick hard working enthusiastic members, who realy love the site and comminty, to be Admins, not
personal friends. Im gessing...and its only a guess mind ya. that admin must be at least 12 years old. or maybe
even younger. My daughter grew out of silly rymes at about the tender age of 3 or 4. "your" administritive staff do it
at work. I find that quite incredible dont you ? personally id show them the door if i ever had to managed staff. if by
chance, its a disabled thing , car crash or some other past trauma, that govens that perticular Admin, I do appologize.

your members public acusations left on my homepage here, As a direct result of this sites failiers. is
flooding my e/mail with quite a few, offers from interested parties who see a golden oppertunity to gain as much
investment and not to mention attention as possible over this matter, Already the vultures are circling waiting
everything and every one that fall out of Deviant Art. With so much potentail money at stake, who can blame them.
Im beginning to feel the same way.

Anyone can make mistakes, Im human, I accept that fact without the slightest effort. for me to use bad langauge against
members is wrong. The childish idiot [link] talonthekiller has finally admited he was wrong
I admited i was wrong, Now its DeviantArts turn to admit there wrong also. I wonder if the staff here are man enough or more
importantly sensible enough to admit there mistake. This acusation is still on my home page. Its is slanderous. Period. and the fact
that my account is locked, means i "cannot" remove this unfounded damaging accusation, means the staff who locked the account are liable
